Farsta Library has taken an initiative to encourage locals to engage in conversations and listen more actively. The project aims to create a community space where residents feel welcome to share their thoughts and ideas. A series of workshops and events will be organized to facilitate dialogue among Farsta residents.
Library manager Anna Svensson explains, ‘We believe that open dialogue is the key to a thriving community. By providing a platform where people can express themselves freely, we hope to strengthen community bonds and foster a culture of listening and understanding.’
The events are open to all age groups and aim to cover various topics relevant to the residents. The library hopes this initiative will boost civic participation and provide a supportive community network.
The program will start next month, and interested individuals can sign up at the library or via their website.
