Many tenants have reported living in conditions with temperatures as low as 13 degrees Celsius in their apartments. “It’s been unbearably cold,” said one of the tenants, who preferred to remain anonymous. The issue has been ongoing, with numerous complaints submitted to the property management company, yet no sufficient actions have been taken to resolve the problem. Tenants express frustration over the lack of heating and the inadequate response from the management. “We’ve been freezing all winter,” another tenant remarked, highlighting the urgency of the situation as the cold affects daily life and well-being. The property management company has acknowledged the issue but stated that external factors have contributed to the delay in repairs. However, tenants insist that immediate measures need to be implemented to restore adequate heating.
